Add a "change" option on the summary link to update attached files

      Description

      We don't want to have to go through "files" tab to add/modify/ remove files
      proposition :

      • remove "files" tab
      • add a "edit" button near files in summary tab : when clicked, user can edit the existing files, add a new file, modify the main file, delete files, drop files etc.
