Workspace creation wizard

When user creates a workspace, he fills the title and a wizard offers to choose to add the "social" facet.
If user chooses to add the social facet, he will create a social workspace.
He has to fill the mandatory values of a social workspace.
That implies we can create a social workspace anywhere in DM

From Social collab view, user will have to choose the location of the social workspace he wants to create, OR we do not allow to create social workspaces from the 'front', it will be considered as experimented user action, from DM
