NPE / Authentication issue when using the SOAP bindings

On the tomcat distrib, the authentication call to the SOAP CMIS binding fails with the following exception (see first comment).

Reproduce with the chemistry workbench with the following parameters

URL: http://localhost:8080/nuxeo/webservices/cmis
Binding: [ ] AtomPub [x] Web Services
Username: Administrator
Password: Administrator

This issue was not present in 5.4.2-I20110413_0115
