Fix retrieval of some user mailboxes when using a session that's not using the user principal

Method MailboxManagementService#getUserMailboxes(CoreSession session, String user) is retrieving all mailboxes available to the principal attached to given session instead of filtering mailboxes when given user is a delegate (either directly or using one of its groups)
