clone.py must clone sub-modules depending on its own origin

      Description

      If current directory comes from the filesystem (hg clone /some/path/) instead of Internet (hg clone http://hg.nuxeo.org/nuxeo), then clone.py must also clone sub-modules from the filesystem.
