Improve data source definitions in Tomcat templates

      Description

      Add 2 variables to be used for data source contribution:

      • nuxeo.db.jdbc.url
      • nuxeo.db.driver

      Use those variables in the nuxeo.xml file, factorize existing nuxeo.xml files in one nuxeo.xml in a common-tomcat template, remove them from the database specific templates.

      The nuxeo.db.jdbc.url and nuxeo.db.driver variables can also be used in data source contribution
