Add support for clean Jar override

Define if we want to add a jar or override an existing one.
=> this will be needed because of the distribution merge
==> a hot fix may contain a jar that is not needed by the client's setup

To avoid any problem, the override should not be defined by a jar name, but by a maven artifact identifier
=> can rely on version comparison to know if we need to update or not
