      Description

      Following NXP-7510, we must now have a packaging system that produces a static WAR from a Tomcat distribution.

      org.nuxeo.runtime.deployment.preprocessor.PackWar does the job, but it must be integrated in a launcher or nuxeoctl script somewhere.
