the breadcrumb should include a link to the "real root"

When browsing the interface, it's quite difficult to switch the domains.

I understand this is maybe not a correct way to use Nuxeo DM, but, well, we can create domain so we should be able to easily switch them.

For now I can see two ways to switch the domain :

• directly change the URL
• in the breadcrumb, click on the name of the current domain, and then click on the icon "go one level up"

I believe this could be nice to have the domain name in the breadcrumb, but maybe only if there are actually multiple domains.

I know it could be possible to add a button to list all domains through a contribution. Yet I think this improvement request is meaningful to have a consistent default UI.
