Hot fix 6 cannot be setup on windows, and, as a consequence, none of the following neither

There should be a way of installing the hotfix 6 on 5.4.2, as it is not possible currently, and this is blocking installation of following ones. One of the consequence is that it breaks the hot reload of Studio plugins.
