Make it easier to add workflows on custom document types

Right now, to add the workflow feature to custom doc types, the following steps are needed:

• change the tab filter for it to accept the custom doc type
• configure available workflows for this document type

=> make it easier by removing the tab filter configuration: it should be shown when doc type has at least one workflow configured.
