Improve main tabs management

      Description

      Main tabs management has to be improved as contextual information is different from one tab to the other, and current system is not pluggable.

      Current custom configuration for existing main tabs include:

      • definition of an url pattern and associated codec (with authentication contrib related confs)
      • link between the url pattern to use and the corresponding action
      • ease up navigation inside a given view to decide whether a document is displayed in this view "context" or if it goes back to the default "document management" view (on both get and post requests)
