Do not try to load ACP when detaching a DocumentModel if loadAll is not true

This issue appears when using `LocalConfiguration` if the current user does not have at least READ access on the Document with the configuration.
When trying to load ACP for a Document, the right ReadSecurity is checked, and so throw an exception in our case.
