Avoid trying to refetch DocumentModel properties that are not documents in ReconnectedEventBundle

Reconnected events use shallow document models => they refetch the properties that are document models. But sometimes the document model does not come from the repository (for instance, it can be a directory entry) so the refetch will fail => mark these directory entries to avoid refetching them.
