Can't remove a package through the update center when its files have already been removed

When you try to remove a package through the Update Center but its jar file has been removed from bundles (usually because of a Nuxeo upgrade), you get an error popup (file missing) and the uninstall fails instead of silently ignoring the missing file (which was going to be deleted anyway).
