Gadget's "Enabled" field should be mandatory (or checked to "yes" by default)

The "Enabled" field on the form to add an external gadget is not mandatory, so user is not obliged to chose if the gadget should be enabled or not.

By default, the choice is "yes" : the "yes" should be checked by default
