User search: max number of results is not consistent with the possibility to select the number of results/page

The default user search limits the number of results to 15.
However, the presentation of user search results now offers the possibility to select the number of "documents" / page, which is 20 by default.
As a consequence, user is not expecting a maximum number of results. Or at least not one that is inferior to the default number of results / page.
