Local configuration: disabled types are not saved if user has enabled another local configuration

Steps to reproduce:

1. On local configuration tab, enable Document type configuration.
2. Move some document types from Enable types to Existing types.
3. Click on the Enable link of the Faceted search configuration.
   => The buttons to move document types from a list to another don't do anything when user clicks them.
4. Click on the Save button of the Document types configuration.
   => The document type configuration is reset to default.
