After server restart, the Control Panel stops watching the log files

      Description

      When the server is restarted automatically at the end of the Setup Wizard (or after a restart from the Admin Center), the control panel doesn't detect it and so the logs view is no more updated.

      Workaround is to restart the control panel (using "nuxeoctl gui"). Then the info displayed in the control panel are correct.
