Add widget types for simple selections

      Description

      Now that widget definitions accept select options, some widget types can be defined to dsiplay them: this will make it easier to provide selections that do not need a directory (currently this is mostly done using widget templates).

      The selectOneListBox widget type was added for NXP-4936 (only in edit mode), the selectOneMenu widget type is also needed, as well as equivalent widget types for multiple values.
