enables use of symlink in bundles folder

When testing, it's useful to setup symbolic links from target classes in bundles folder. This doesn't work for bundle that makes use
of the unzip command in deployment fragment. By testing on the folder type, we can transform the unzip command into a copy folder
at runtime.
