Provide a Automation API to upload Blobs and then choose and execute a Chain on it

For DnD we need to be able to upload a set of files and then choose an Operation Chain (acording to the Dnd Context) to do something with the Blobs.
Part of this logic may me useful for other cases that Dnd : to execute a Chain on a large set of files, using this rather than a large POST is probably better
