the generated Link for the blog RSS feed contains spaces

Since the link to the various blog post contains a part of the blog post title, il may contain spaces.

I am having issues with my RSS reader (Zimbra) when the ${item.path} contain spaces

those spaces should be replaced by %20 for a better compatibility
