      AbstractPageProvider#refresh is not called anymore when changing current page. Cleanups should be done by overriding the method AbstractPageProvider#pageChanged

      Description

      The method PageProvider#refresh is called (in abstract implementation) when current page changes or when setting sort infos or a search document model.
      It should be called only when sort infos or search document model changes, and method AbstractPageProvider#pageChanged should be used instead to reset fields keeping cached values.
