Firefox 4 compatibility issues

      Description

      • Modal dialogs don't go away

      I tried to delete a file, got the "Are you sure? ok/cancel" dialog, it never went away whatever was clicked. Reloading the page deleted the file whether I clicked ok or cancel.

      The modal dialog issue may not be Nuxeo-specific as I've seen it elsewhere.
