Publish GSA package on marketplace

GSA plugin should be pusblished on marketplace, with a readme that gives instructions on side configuration that has to be done, if necessary.

Description of the package should explain what it does and should be reviewed by marketing team.

Name of the package should be "Google Search Appliance Connector"
