      Description

      • on development branch 5.4, artifacts 5.4.1-SNAPSHOT become 5.4.2-SNAPSHOT
      • on maintenance branch 5.4.0, revert to a pure bugfix-only state: that branch will still be used for hotfixes on 5.4.0.1,
      • from current branch 5.4.0, a new branch 5.4.1 is forked: it will be used to release 5.4.1.
