Re-use join request layout in admin center for External registration requests (NXP-6358)

      Description

      The goal is to have, in Social Collab, the listing made for requests with the correct informations ( https://jira.nuxeo.com/browse/ECP-107 )
      : Name, registration date, email, state etc.

      Add a Deny option, to deny a request (instead of accept)

      => take Eugen's code for ECP-107, generisize it, to use same interface and same type for ECP_45 & ECP-10รจ
