Move custom themes to the data folder for easier backup

There are currently some configurations that should be put in the standard data folder, as this is already a configurable using a system property, and because it's easier for backup puroposes to gather all data in the same folder.

For now this is the case for:

• custom themes (using the new theme banks) (folder in nxserver)
