Synchronization : avoid synchronizing versions whose modification date is null

If a version has a modification date equal to 0, it means it was retrieved because a proxy needed it, but the user didn't have read access to the document.
It should not be considered as a modified document, moreover a version is immutable (lifecycle ?)
