nuxeoctl stop doesn't work on some platforms

      Description

      Due to changes in jps on some OSes, the "checkalive" part of the nuxeoctl script sometimes reports that Nuxeo is not running though it is.
      This breaks "nuxeoctl stop" since it uses that check before killing the java process.
