Redirect to the logout page when an anonymous user doesn't have permission to read a webSite.

Right now if an anonymous user tries to access directly a webSite without having the READ permission he sees only the following message :
There is no site with URL: TestSite

If the site exists , the user should be redirected to a logout page so that he could loggin and access the site.
