Theme editor: fix customize / uncustomize actions on overridden themes

overridden themes (themes registered as nuxeo runtime contributions replacing themes with the same name) have incorrect actions, because they are considered as custom themes (like those stored on the filesystem):

• the "remove customizations" should not be visible
• "customize theme" should not display an error alert saying that the theme cannot be customized
