Add the templates folder as an env variable to the Update Center installer framework

Right now it is only possible to access the ${env.config} folder from install scripts. But the content of this folder is replaced by the templates/*/config aggregation when restarting the instance. It would be very useful to be able to access ${env.templates} from the installation scripts.
