Make it easy to fallback on a default layout when not defined on a document type

When configuring a document views, layouts can be declared by mode on the document type.
When new pseudo modes are added to render a new view, it's usually useful to fallback on a default layout.

=> add a new attribute "defaultLayout" on the nxl:documentLayout tag.
