Download server public key/certificate

As a user, I go to my "Signature" tab.
=> I can download the server's public key. The download link must be a permlink (stateless url)

Question : what about Authentication of Adobe has to download itself the server public certificate from the permlink?

>> not sure it is available in Acrobat, maybe it just ask for a file. If not, it should ask for an authentication or, better, doesn't require auth.
