Fix usage of ajaxRendered in ajax pages

usage of ajaxRendered="true" is not appropriate in Nuxeo: passing the right ids for the reRender attribute is actually what should be done in most cases => fix it so that ajax rendered panels are not re-rendered on every ajax request in the page.
