Fix html editor submit or re-render in ajax

      Description

      When using a standard "htmltext" widget within an ajax form, first time the form is submitted the text typed is discarded.
      Can be reproduced using addon nuxeo-platform-forms-layout-demo using an ajax form.

      Also when using the same widget within a nxu:inputList tag, whenever the "add" or "remove" item actions are used, the ajax re-render breaks the html editor (just presenting a simple textarea)
