[Webpublisher] "Advanced ready to stage" feature should one apply on non folderish documents

      Description

      We won't allow creating variants of folders, only of documents. This means that any document which has folder capabilities will not be able to be advance-published.
      Candidate items for advanced publishing will be found recursively in the selected document.
