I'm trying to add a topic.
1. I don't understand why there's a "Search users and group" field in the form.
2. "Topic title" and "Topic description" are redundant. "Title" and "Description" are enough and consistent with the rest of the application.
3. There's no way to edit a topic after it has been created.
