      Description

      Jar extraction was required for contributing/modifying its content.
      This causes issues on some Windows when unzipping the full package, this also troubles Windows because of the underlying too big path length.
      It should no more be necessary, stop unzipping the jar and in case of trouble find a way for not having to do it.
