Allow configuration of Authentication Plugin chain depending on the request type

For some kind of requests, we need a way to change the authentication chain, to backlist some plugins.
A typical use case is WSS, since most of the authentication plugins won't work :

• Form based will fail
• CAS (or any web based SSO) will fail
• Anonymous auth is problematic because this is not was we want in most cases.
