Check at least one user has administration rights on a document when removing ACLs

      Description

      After blocking right inheritance, it is possible to remove rights granted to administrators.
      If we do so, nobody can manage this folder anymore.
      We have to check that at least the current user has administration right with the new ACLs (check he as EVERYTHING right or belongs to a group that has this right)
