Email Folder gets 'Connection Failed' error message when checking mailbox

I create a Email Folder to read emails from a mailbox on the web (swing.be) using POP3 protocol. I always get error message 'Connection errorConnection Failed' when I check the mailbox. It works ok with Outlook Express and thunderbird with the same seetings.
