SQLDirectoryDescriptor readOnly tag is not taken into account on vocabulary screen

SQLDirectoryDescriptor readOnly tag set to true should prevent the vocabularies management views to display the modification button.

Furthermore editing / creation / deletion methods in the SQLSession should not try to attempt any modification SQL queries (UPDATE, INSERT, DELETE) if readOnly is set to true and log a warning instead.
