      Description

      The Nuxeo 2023 Docker image is currently based on Rocky Linux 9.2 which is EOL since November 20, 2023, see https://wiki.rockylinux.org/rocky/version/#__tabbed_1_2.

      Let's upgrade  to the moving tag 9, to always be on a non EOL version, starting now with 9.4.
