      Description

      We want to upgrade Helmfile to the latest version for the need of NXP-32679.

      Indeed, the current CI version 0.146.0 doesn't seem to handle condition on releases like deployment.foo.enabled. This has been an improvement released within 0.163.0, see https://github.com/helmfile/helmfile/pull/1360.
