Mobile View: Move Menu Bar to Top

      Description

      • On Mobile view the left side menu bar should be moved to top side.
      • By default its should be hidden.
      • On click on hamburger menu the menu bar should be visible.
      • on click on any menu item the menu item should be selected and menu bar should be hidden.
