Convert ScimV2 to Jakarta RS application

Since upgrade to latest release of com.unboundid.product.scim2:scim2-sdk-* and Jersey 2.x, we have some regressions in ScimV2 module.

Resolution could be made by leveraging classes provided by the library, such as Jakarta RS Filter, Jakarta RS endpoints and so on.

In order to leverage these classes, we need to convert the current ScimV2 WebEngine application to a Jakarta RS application.

This is possible in the Nuxeo WebEngine model. The only mechanism from WebEngine used after the rework would be the scanned mechanism.
