Add last time scheduler was fired to scheduler endpoint

If feasible, requesting that the last time the scheduler was fired and the next time it is scheduled to fire get added to the scheduler management endpoint:  https://doc.nuxeo.com/rest-api/1/scheduler-endpoint/
